Personal information obtained by Celebrant Chris is used solely for the planning, coordination, and execution of celebrancy services.

Information may be used to communicate with clients, prepare legal documents, and personalize ceremonies.

Clients will provide consent for the collection and use of their personal information per this policy. Consent is obtained at the initial consultation and documented appropriately via the terms included in the quote/invoice document.

Types of information collected include:

• Personal details such as names, addresses, dates of birth, and contact information.

• Sensitive information such as marital status, previous marriages, and family details.

• Copies of identification and other personal documentation

• Any other information necessary to plan and execute celebrancy and ceremony services.

All personal and sensitive information will be maintained safely and securely and only made available by Celebrant Chris. This includes physical and digital copies of information.

Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except where required by law.

Only in extreme or emergency circumstances will personal information be provided to a third party, e.g. Chris is involved in a car accident on the day of a ceremony, client details may be made available to a third party for ceremony contingency purposes.
