Refund Policy

If a celebrant-initiated cancellation is required (i.e. Chris is unable to provide the services as specified in the quote/invoice), a full refund of any payments will be made back to the client.

If a celebrant-initiated cancellation occurs within 30 days of the ceremony date, a full refund will still be made, and in addition:

  • Chris will work with the client (free of charge) to locate and enquire with a replacement celebrant to deliver service requested.

  • Chris will arrange for the transfer of the Notice of Intended Marriage form to the newly appointed celebrant.

  • Chris will not provide any guarantee for the replacement celebrant (i.e. service fee’s, quality etc).

Client-initiated cancellations must be made in writing, via email:

  • A full refund of deposit will be provided if a client-initiated cancellation is made within 14 days of any deposits being paid.

  • Beyond 14 days, refunds of deposits for a client-initiated cancellation will not be provided under any circumstance.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation advice (either celebrant or client initiated)

Persistent non-payment or non-response to requests for balance payment may result in services being suspended or cancelled at any time, with any deposits paid not being refunded.
