Refund Policy
If a celebrant-initiated cancellation is required (i.e. Chris is unable to provide the services as specified in the quote/invoice), a full refund of any payments will be made back to the client.
If a celebrant-initiated cancellation occurs within 30 days of the ceremony date, a full refund will still be made, and in addition:
Chris will work with the client (free of charge) to locate and enquire with a replacement celebrant to deliver service requested.
Chris will arrange for the transfer of the Notice of Intended Marriage form to the newly appointed celebrant.
Chris will not provide any guarantee for the replacement celebrant (i.e. service fee’s, quality etc).
Client-initiated cancellations must be made in writing, via email:
A full refund of deposit will be provided if a client-initiated cancellation is made within 14 days of any deposits being paid.
Beyond 14 days, refunds of deposits for a client-initiated cancellation will not be provided under any circumstance.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation advice (either celebrant or client initiated)
Persistent non-payment or non-response to requests for balance payment may result in services being suspended or cancelled at any time, with any deposits paid not being refunded.
