Celebrant Chris offers 2 wedding/marriage ceremony packages:

All packages come with the below inclusions FREE of charge:

Service fee for the ceremony itself. Including me and your fully bespoke ceremony from ‘greetings’ to ‘congrats’!
Preparation and execution of all legal paperwork, under my duties per the Marriage Act (1961) - i.e. I’ll get you officially recognized as a married couple! You don’t have to do anything from a legal perspective!
Lodgment of all paperwork with the department of Birth Deaths and Marriages.
Information packs (as required) including info sheets and links, relationship services, sample music suggestions, sample poems, readings and rituals (to help guide your p[references)
UNLIMITED in-person, virtual, or over-the-phone consults with me in the months, weeks, and days leading up to your marriage. This will cover ceremony planning, legals, wedding day particulars and any other enquiries you might have.
Official ceremonial certificate of marriage.
Ceremony rehearsal (available only for ‘Let’s Celebrate!’ package) - to be conducted at ceremony location* (if available), or anywhere else deemed suitable for all party’s involved.
*Travel fee’s to ceremony location for rehearsal will incur charges per the below Travel terms.
Use of standard* high end audio equipment - portable PA system, microphones, and other necessary equipment for an audio only ceremony. PA system can also be used for ceremony music as well.
*If non-standard production equipment is required (e.g. video projector, smoke machine), additional charges may be quoted.

Travel

Travel to ceremony location. FREE if location is within 30km of Eltham, VIC.
Travel to ceremony location. $0.60 p/km beyond 30km of Eltham, VIC. Includes travel to and from ceremony. (e.g. Eltham to Daylesford is 258KM return trip = $118.80 additional travel cost).
If total travel time for the day exceeds 8 hours total (to and from), additional accommodation and incidentals expenses may be incurred. Will be quoted.
Travel to interstate ceremony location (outside of VIC). If ceremony location is outside Victoria, or beyond 8hrs total travel from Eltham, VIC, may incur additional expenses. This may include airfare, car rental (if required), additional baggage allowance (if required) and accommodation (if required). Will be quoted.

Additional fees and charges

Additional props/items required for ceremony. (e.g., unity candles, sand ceremony sets, specialty outfit/costumes) can always be accommodated. However, may incur additional expenses. Will be quoted.
Any other non-standard inclusions or requests for the ceremony that come with additional charges will be quoted separately. No additional costs beyond your quote and invoice!
If additional expenses, inclusions or other changes are required during the planning process or in the lead up to the wedding day (i.e. last minute non-standard production equipment is required, or a change of venue is required), Chris will invoice any additional costs (if required) as soon as possible.

Securing your booking

After initial contact, Chris will provide you with a fully itemised invoice quote for you to consider.
A booking fee of 50% of the total invoice is required to secure your booking.
Included in the invoice quote will be payment methods.
Outstanding balance is to be paid no less than 7 days prior to your wedding date. Early balance payment appreciated, it’s one less thing for you to worry about!
